Just finished reading Ann Coulter's book "Godless - The Church of Liberalism"
She has a funny way of getting her point across which makes it entertaining. The book was good - even though I might wish she had left a couple of things out.
She wrote about scientific data concerning DDT, truth and fiction about adult stem cells vs. embryo stem cells, Darwinism, Global Warming - also the ACLU - with tactics and views on these things.

Some (ACLU) think there is a law to teach theory in schools as if it were fact. (Darwinism) But God help you if you touch on creationism! Others go so far as to call the president a Hitler and that Hitler was an anti-abortionist. Guess they don't know that Hitler was a Darwinist. He was one of them! He was a bully about what was taught in schools, too. Also, Hitler's aim was to take over the world not get rid of an obviously cruel and dangerous dictator - help set up a free society (democracy) - and then go home and let the country govern themselves. And about H. being an anti-abortionist?...for the Aryans, yes. .. he wanted lots of Germans...the perfect race. Hitler wasn't prolife!

This has all been food for thought for me. I think we've really been taking our freedom for granted because now there's a lot less freedom. We can't cram Christianity down people's throats (not possible anyway - it's a free choice- letting people know the choice is available is not cramming) but it's O.K. to cram Humanism alone down people's throats. Hmmm... Does something seem odd and unbalanced there?
