Some Family History

Four motherless children...raised by their (Pick) grandparents.

This is G'pa Walter Pick - 3rd oldest - with his siblings. Three of them raised families in the Merrill area... and one - following after her mother - went to Chicago. She was the 2nd oldest. She died, of a disease (cancer?) within hours of G'pa Pick who died in a car accident. Uncle Kenneth, the oldest, died of cancer. Aunt Bea - the youngest died a few years ago. I remember that she was a sweet lady who married an Italian who farmed near Merrill.
