Just Stuff Going On.....

We took out our front sidewalk - except two pieces... one on each end. Leon planted grass seed and it's green there now. Nice. Next is putting in the new one.

I've canned 28 qts. of grape juice and knitting socks has begun again. It's a good excuse to sit and still do something useful. Leon said I should keep track of how many I've done. I lost count after I made about 110+ pair.

It's exciting to see some of the houses on our street being improved, finally, with much needed new siding, etc. There is one big empty house that has been ignored for so long it has become an eye sore. They've started working on it but it's going painfully slow and no sign of new siding.
